SATURDAY KINEX CHALLENGE Workout at Fit City Movement & Arts

Small group training with the Technogym Kinesis wall.

SATURDAYS at 9:30 AM meet at Fit City Movement & Arts, a vibrant and welcoming space with plenty of inspiration to make your experience something special.

During your training, our experienced instructor will guide you through a variety of exercises and movements designed to improve pillars of physical health: strength, posture, flexibility and balance. This small group training format limits the number of participants and allows you the opportunity to receive customized cues and suggestions that will only get better and more specific with each session.

Saturday Kinesis Challenge is our "harder" class. Come ready and leave sweaty.

Difficulty level: Variable and challenging (scaleable, but expect to work)

You will need: Comfortable workout clothes, shoes, and a water container

Cost:
Single session cost is $25
Monthly passes available (1x, 2x weekly, and Unlimited +)

How to select your ticket:
"Tickets" serve as an rsvp for your spot.
A single session may be reserved by date for anyone not holding a monthly pass.
Monthly pass holders may choose the date they want to attend and select the ticket indicating monthly pass holder. You will need to do this for each class you plan to attend.

A NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: THIS EVENT IS RSVP ONLY. RSVP payment is due at time of class. 24 hours cancellation is required. Classes with less than 2 rsvps may be subject to cancellation or offered to participant at higher private rate.
