About this Event
Welcome to Lunch Hour Yoga (Movement for Midday) at Fit City Movement & Arts!
Sneak away on your lunch break for guided movement with Julie and Melody. We will rotate each week through somatic and correctivtve exercise approaches linked into feel-good yoga sequences. You'll address those areas that tend to build tension during the day as well as get some time to rest before you go back to work.
Leeds areas employees can enjoy this class for $5 off our drop in rate of $15
