Welcome to Somatic Yoga at Fit City Movement & Arts!
Join Melody as she guides you through somatic (body-centered) practice. From Melody:
"Come and learn what it feels like to listen to and honor your beautiful body. I teach trauma-informed, inclusive of all bodies, yoga that taps into our innate somatic healing abilities.
