This class runs
every Monday from 6:30 till 7:30 pm you can arrive 15 mins before class starts
we are a drop-in class BUT YOU MUST BOOK

What to wear
We are a very non-competitive group of people, men and women, who come together on a Monday night to practice
Mind and body movement and flow. Where what makes you feel comfortable?
All classes are held at the Sydney Water Center back annex downstairs room at the back of the car park through the cage.
You do have permission to park in the car park although it can get very busy on a Monday night because of many other classes running at the venue,
On a Sunday, you will receive a WhatsApp message asking who is in the yoga movement and who is in the yoga Nadra or shamanic journey.

I will let you know each week whether it is a yoga nidra or a shamanic journey.
If you are saying you are attending a class, this will be taken as a booking. You can pay cash or online.
If you are going to pull out of the class for whatever reasons, please let me know by 5:00 pm on Monday as the class will already be set up and ready to go.
If you let me know any later than 5:00 p.m. you will still need to pay your class fees and your mat space as it does not give me time to cover your spot, this is my living with overheads,
I host 10 spaces in class
Please take your shoes off at the door and keep all of your bags and coats on the hangers and window seals so as not to clutter the matt space to ensure that you can move freely in your practice. Please bring water to refresh yourselves,
I supply mats, blankets, blackouts and hot pillows although you are welcome to bring any of these things yourself to ensure you are comfortable and cosy throughout the evening practice,
You are expected to fold your blankets neatly, wipe your mats down and put all of your equipment back in the cupboard after each class unless told differently by Kate
And a gentle reminder that there is a class changeover, but a lot of people who are staying for the second class will choose to stay in Shavasana, so please be mindful to leave the class quietly without talking.
Fees run as
You can pay cash or online,
yoga £10 per session 1hr
Yoga Nidra or shamanic journeying £10 per session 45 minutes
Both classes combined an 1hr- 45 minutes of practice £15
And remember, the days you don't want to come to yoga are the days you should show up for yourself, and when you show up for yourself, life feels a little better. 🙏 🙏
