Relaxing and Restorative Sound / Gong Bath @ The Pavilion Barn, Field Place.

Come join us for a magical candlelit Sound / Gong bath at this venue where ALL proceeds raised will be donated to St Barnabas Hospice.

Tickets will be available through Eventbrite at the usual price in the usual way or if you’d prefer to donate directly you can do so below. If you donate to my page please let me know you are intending to come along as numbers are limited And donations over £15pp please to attend.

It is the ideal opportunity to relax, release and to really get away from it all. Let this evening set you up for whatever December may bring, the season of giving and gathering and of high expectation when time for yourself is often scarce. Here in the barn, nothing is expected of you, just for you to show up as you are.

Come join us for a magical candlelit Sound / Gong bath at this venue that is very popular for weddings. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and relax as we prepare ourselves to move into the month of December. This can often be a busy time for many so lets start the season strong and take time to pause and restore before the festivities get in to full swing.

Don't worrry if you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on the floor or on a chair, we will take care of the rest. We will begin the session with some simple breathing techniques to prepare for the sounds of the instruments. Then immerse yourself in the soothing sounds including gongs, chimes and a crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. We will end with refreshments and mince pies.

Wear comfortable clothes and please bring the following:

• Blanket(s) to keep you cosy
• Yoga mat / camping mat or similar to lay on
• Pillow for your head

Optional:

• Fluffy socks
• Eye mask
• Water to drink afterwards

Please arrive 10 minutes early to find a space and get settled. We are unable to admit people who arrive late as it would disturb the session. If you are unable to make it, please let me know wherever possible.

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

• 1st trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with a pacemaker
• Unsupported serious mental health condition
• Sound induced epilepsy

Please also inform us of any of the following:

• Metal implants
• Tinnitus
• Severe illness
• Recent surgery
