June Monthly Jam! (Alameda)

Come spend the afternoon with parkour community--playing, exploring, and enjoying movement challenges. No previous parkour experience needed.
The June Monthly Jam will be at the Alameda Naval Air Base. We will update the event with more instructions on where to meet up, and we will post when we move spots within the air base.
Everyone is welcome, including people of all fitness levels.
Bring sunscreen, water, and clothes and shoes you can move in.
Participants under 18 must have parental permission. Participants under 16 must have a parent present. Parkour involves inherent risk. By attending this class, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your choices about how to participate in the lesson at the appropriate level given your abilities.
