From the Ground Up: Training Your Golfers in 3D with Ada Wells, PT

Golf (and life) is a rotational sport that takes us through all the planes of movement and at end ranges where mobility, control, and coordination are challenged.
In this workshop, we’ll break down the key areas that golfers need in their swing, relate these areas to different phases of their swing (so you can properly “speak golf” to them).
We will then use small props found in the Pilates studio, featuring tools such as the Oov®, the Pilates Arc®, bands, towels, balls, etc. to address these areas in a systematic way. By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand how to apply and motivate your golf and athletic clients with Pilates principles using this Three Dimensional approach.
