This is not about pushing through discomfort. It’s about listening, softening, and remembering that your body is capable of change.
About this Event

Pain changes how we move, how we breathe, and how we feel in our bodies. But living in constant tension isn’t something we have to accept.

This 2-hour monthly workshop is a space to gently unravel chronic tightness and reconnect with your body with ease. Through myofascial release techniques, long holds, and supported rest, we’ll work layer by layer to create space in the body and safety in the nervous system.

Each session will spotlight different regions — hips, shoulders, spine, fascia lines — helping you build practical tools for pain management and sustainable mobility.

This is not about pushing through discomfort. It’s about listening, softening, and remembering that your body is capable of change.

We all deserve to move, breathe, and live with less pain. You deserve a body that feels like home.
