So often we're focused on doing, fixing, planning, striving, and giving that we forget how to receive support, rest, opportunities, abundance, joy, and connection. Through guided meditation and sound healing, you'll be invited to soften, let go of effort for a little while, and explore what it feels like to simply receive.
