Sunset Paddle, Restorative Flow & Sound Bath-BYOB!

Join Julie Moore and Kari Hargon on the water for an evening of relaxation and zen. As the sun starts to dip towards the horizon, we’ll paddle out together, then pause for some restorative postures, followed by a soothing sound bath, letting the lake hold us in serenity.
Afterward, we’ll paddle back under the colors of dusk—refreshed, grounded, and deeply relaxed. All levels welcome!
When: July 17th & August 21st!
Where: Willow Creek Recreation Area Boat Launch, Lake Natoma
Time: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
$35-BYOB will secure a spot for you in this intimate group setting.
With limited availability, cancellations are non-refundable, but can be transferred.
$20-Gear can be rented to include (board, paddle, life vest, ankle leash).
