We are very excited to bring this 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training back to the Green Bay area in January 2025!
In 2018, Jenstar Movement Studio hosted a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training led by 500hr+ Teachers Jennifer Berres and Shayne Broadwell. The collaboration between these two individuals with their combined 30+ years of training and their own unique approaches to teaching yoga was the inspiration for creating the Jenstar Yoga Teacher Training School in 2024. The Jenstar YTT is a foundational program rooted in Patanjali’s Ashtanga yoga (the eight limbs) and will provide students with the knowledge and experience to become knowledgeable yoga teachers. In addition, you will have two well trained teachers to guide and mentor you every step of the way!
The Jenstar Yoga Teacher Training curriculum (created by Shayne Broadwell) follows the Yoga Alliance guidelines and is a registered school (“Three Degrees Free”) with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of the teacher training program students will receive a Certificate of Completion and can apply for registration with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level (RYT 200).
All applicants must at least 18 years of age and consistent with a personal yoga practice. More details in Course Catalog.

While the Jenstar Yoga Teacher Training program is designed for aspiring yoga teachers, it is also strongly recommended for individuals wanting to deepen their personal practice.
