Hydration has never been SO fun!!
First Fridays of every month, grab your friends or come solo and meet like-minded community as your palate and mind are indulged with single source, natural waters packed with stories and health from around the world!!
Sarah will be your Water Sommelier leading you on a spirited journey of a Fine Waters Tasting of at least 6 waters - some you may know, a good amount will most likely be NEW to you! **New curated menu of waters each month!** Tastings include the story of their source and origin, their mineral content and health benefits, and the observation of the textures and tastes. Water is not just water and this will allow you to experience that for yourself! *Waters that are not currently sold in the area, will be available for purchase!
The soiree will finish with a frequency attunement for your water body. We are mostly water, after all! Frequency attunements are a combination of relaxation and sound therapies used at certain frequencies to bring your energetic body back into a harmonious resonance that ripples out and positively affects your mind and body. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else to sit comfortably on. The Studio does have limited mats, bolsters, and chairs to use.
