Dinner includes:
- H and breaded, deep fried perch with tartar sauce, rye bread & onion
- Wisconsin Onion Brisket - smoked 12 hours over oak, smothered in French onion soup & bourbon
- Garlic baby red potatoes
- Calico baked beans
- Creamy coleslaw
- Cheesecake
T here will be two serving times - 5:30 - 6:14 and 6:15 - 7:30. You may arrive at anytime during the serving time noted for the ticket you purchase.
