Come join us Thursday, January 30th at 6:30 for a delightful evening of cheese and spirits pairing at Paradise North Distillery! Indulge in a unique experience where you will taste a variety of cheeses expertly paired by our head distiller Tom Feld and Dan Posselt of Kickaas Cheese. Tom and Dan will guide you through the pairing, explaining the intricate flavors and how they complement each other. Dan will also have some of his outstanding cheese available for purchase.

Your night will start out with a special cocktail (1/2 size) by Paradise North Distillery. You will then be led through a sampling of 5 unique spirit/cheese pairings. The night will conclude with a dessert cocktail (1/2 size)
