Grab your buddy or make a friend and join us for a special partner workout! Working out with a partner is a motivating and fun experience, having both comradery and challenge. Embrace healthy competition or cheer each other on as you go through a full body workout of both standing and floor exercises. Body weight and some equipment will be used.
