Zendo Stereo

Zendo Stereo curates music medicine journeys — deep listening experiences designed to lower stress, improve sleep, enhance creativity, and live a fuller life. These are powerful and simple rituals to down-regulate the nervous system and create inner space where we can go collectively to gather wisdom. Get quiet and peaceful in community. Taking time to periodically connect with your inner wisdom to build a strong foundation for your emotional and psychological well-being.

Leonardo Canneto Bio
Leonardo Canneto is a musical innovator who blends mindfulness with sonic experiences. Originally from Argentina, he began his musical career in New York City at 18, recording albums, producing music, and touring as a multi-instrumentalist before settling in Los Angeles.
In 2018, he founded Zendo Stereo: Music Mindfulness, a groundbreaking concept combining live musical performances with guided meditation. The project has attracted over 40,000 hours of streamed 1-hour sets on Soundcloud and sold-out crowds across the United States.
Leonardo collaborates with mental health clinics, wellness practicioners + technologies, and was invited to speak at MIT Santa Barbara on "Music, Mindfulness and Altered States". Initiated into Vedic Meditation in 2007, he continues to pioneer the intersection of music, consciousness, and healing, drawing from Eastern philosophy and psychedelic medicine traditions.

Info: Find your most comfortable position, place your eye mask on, or close your eyes and surrender to a live mixed uninterrupted 1-hour music as psychedelic experience. Tracks range from classical to ambient, tribal to flamenco, organic to futuristic. Journey through a deep listening experience where you will have access to deep emotional release and exploration of your intuition, memories, and insights.
