Sound Meditation with HyeJin Yu at Hana Holistic

Music has been part of HyeJin Yu since childhood, and herpath has led her through years of study, performance, andtraining in the healing power of sound. Along the way, shebecame a certified teacher of Vox Mundi Yoga of the Voice,an Integrative Sound and Music Practitioner through theNew York Open Center, and a graduate of Sisters inHarmony Song & Chant Leader Training. She has also trainedwith teachers in sound therapy and explored instrumentssuch as gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, tuningforks, chimes, and drums.

A calming class designed to ease stress and quiet the mindthrough the vibrations of sound. You’ll be guided intostillness with instruments like singing bowls, gongs, andchimes, helping to release tension and restore balance toboth body and mind. This session is open to everyone—noexperience needed—and offers a peaceful reset for yourwhole being.
