3:00pm –Noah Maze - Embodied Equanimity Asana Practice
Join Noah Maze for an energizing and alignment-based practice designed to ground, uplift, and refine your inner and outer form. With clarity and precision, this class builds strength, focus, and the embodied resilience needed for modern living.

4:00pm – Jeanie Manchester - Subtle Body Practices for Inner Alignment
Jeanie Manchester will lead us on exploration of subtle body practices including pranayama, visualization, bandha, and meditative awareness. Learn how to tap into the deeper reservoirs of steadiness and insight that reside beyond the physical.

5:00pm – Closing Circle with Saraswati Clere - Integration & Embodiment: Living the Teachings

Teachers:

Carlos Pomeda is steeped in all aspects of the yoga tradition during more than 40 years of practice and study. He spent 18 years of those as a monk of the Saraswati order. During this time, he learned the various systems of Indian Philosophy and immersed himself in the practice of yoga. He combines this experience with his academic background, which includes two Masters Degrees - one in Sanskrit from U.C. Berkeley and the other in Religious Studies from U.C. Stephanie Lopez, LISW, C-IAYT, is the Senior Advisor of Philosophy & Learning and Senior iRest Trainer for iRest Institute. With a deeply embodied understanding of meditation informed by 30 years of immersion in the nondual teachings of yoga, Stephanie is sought after to bring the principles of living an authentic and awakened life into corporate and wellness settings, leading retreats and training internationally. Stephanie is a Gestalt psychotherapist, certified yoga therapist, and world-leading meditation teacher who has presented meditation at Google, Spotify, and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Noah Mazé has devoted his life to the subject of yoga.
