A monthly in-person gathering for meditation, teaching, and dialogue.
About this Event

Living Tantra Satsang offers a monthly opportunity to engage with Non-Dual Tantra as a living spiritual path through meditation, teaching, and dialogue.

Non-Dual Tantra is an embodied path that includes the whole of life—the body, the senses, relationships, work, and daily experience—as part of spiritual practice.

Each month will center on a teaching drawn from Non-Dual Tantric scripture and tradition and explore how Tantric wisdom can help us meet the questions, challenges, and responsibilities of everyday life with greater freedom, clarity, and ease. This gathering is open to yoga practitioners and spiritual seekers, and no previous experience with Tantra is required.

A typical satsang will include approximately 15 minutes of meditation, 30–40 minutes of teaching, and 30 minutes of conversation, dialogue, and shared inquiry. Meeting in person creates an opportunity not only to learn about the teachings, but to sit with them together and allow them to come alive through practice, real questions, and community.

When: First Sundays, 10:45am-12pm
