Homecoming: Breathwork & Vinyasa Flow with Hanu’s Founding Teachers

We’re excited to welcome home Hanu’s original founding teacher, Kata Bilanchone, alongside her partner Daniel Silva—the duo where it all began.

Hanu is the space where Kata and Daniel first met, fell in love, and began their shared journey. This special 90-minute experience is a true homecoming, inviting you to move, breathe, and drop into the energy that shaped the foundation of this studio.

Daniel will open the experience with his signature energizing breathwork sequence, designed to awaken the body, clear the mind, and build focused vitality. From there, Kata will lead a fun, high-energy vinyasa flow, weaving strength, rhythm, and fluid, dance-like transitions into a powerful and playful practice. Expect music that moves you, strong sequences that challenge you, and a gradual shift into deeply decompressing, feel-good stretches.

To close, Daniel will guide grounding breathwork techniques and a profound, introspective meditation—leaving you centered, connected, and fully at home within yourself.
