Introduction to Family Constellations

This immersive event will combine family constellations with a New Year ritual, using systemic psychology, group dynamics, and manifestation techniques. Participants will be guided to understand the field of family constellations through experiential group dynamics and to apply this understanding directly to whatever they are living in this moment. This process supports insight, movement, and integration at both a personal and systemic level. Through the ritual component, participants will also be invited to visualize and embody a new version of themselves—creating space for something new to emerge with clarity and intention.
