Join us for an evening of reconnecting with ourselves, and being present. Yoga Instructor & Co-founder of ALY: Health is Wealth, Aimee Cuadra, will be guiding the evening with a grounding meditation, SloFlo Yoga, and sound healing in a candlelit setting by the bay 🕯️🐬🌅

About SloFlo Yoga: This flow is inspired by Slow Yoga practices, and will have NO vinyasa's. Each posture is held between 4-5 breathes. This practice focuses on stability & balance, flexibility, breath control, strength, focus, and awareness of our nervous system and feeling restored. It is an invitation to be within our bodies, enjoying the present moment.

The evening will be concluded with a savasana meditation with sound healing that can also be taken in seated. It is encouraged to bring blankets/sweaters, whatever is needed in order to approach meditation in comfort. This class is designed for those new to Yoga and those who have practiced it with much experience. It is a moment to drop in to a sense of unity and connection within ourselves and around us.
