Garden Vinyasa Yoga with Franci - Sundays

Prepare for the week ahead with a Vinyasa/Hatha style Yoga class. Ground down in the Garden's tropical oasis as the backdrop. Relieve stress by connecting your breath to your movements. The class can be modified for beginners, but is filled with deep stretches, twists, balancing poses and incorporates breath work that will assist in feeling resilient to stress throughout your week.

If you are interested in an even more relaxing experience, you can also join the meditation class from 9:30 - 10.

***Parking for the Garden can be limited depending on events being held by our neighbor, the Miami Beach Convention Center, or city events. It is best to try arriving 30 minutes prior to the class start time to find parking OR enjoy a stroll through the garden. Arriving early also makes it easier to get a better spot for your practice.

***The Miami Beach Convention Center parking garage has parking spots reserved for MBBG visitors and yoga attendees. Have your ticket validated at the Garden's Botanical Boutique to receive a reduced hourly rate. The garage is located at 1901 Convention Center Drive and is open 6:00 am - 1:00 am, 7 days a week.

I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Miami Beach Botanical Garden and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities. I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Garden Conservancy Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at the facility. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities at Miami Beach Botanical Garden, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

Garden classes will be held under the awning next to the large ballroom. On very rare occasions, we might have to switch location and you can always check with a garden employee at the gift shop to find out new location.
