Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and calming, curated aromas, this class invites you to slow down, stretch deeply, and reconnect with yourself. With gentle, long-held poses and guided breathwork, you’ll melt into stillness and leave feeling restored, grounded, and at peace. This is more than a yoga class—it’s a midweek ritual of relaxation and sensory delight.
