Join the Sobe Sound Healing Orchestra every Friday morning at 7:30am between 2nd & 3rd street for an incredible sound meditation in nature!About this Event
Bring a towel or blanket and be ready to relax. We start with some light movement and breathwork and then lay down and enjoy a magical sound journey facilitated by the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra. We combine a variety of soothing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, flutes and a synchronized Didgeridoo sound bath. This is the best way to head into the weekend: relaxed and rejuvenated. Bring a bathing suit if you would like to take a swim in the ocean afterwards. Highly recommended.
