Healing Nights: Cacao, Twin Hearts & Pranic Crystal Healing

Healing Nights is a refined weekly ritual designed to restore energetic balance, release the accumulated stress of the week, and reconnect participants with a deeper sense of clarity and inner harmony.
Held every Saturday evening beginning March 21, this immersive 90-minute experience weaves together sacred cacao, the transformative Twin Hearts Meditation, and group Pranic crystal healing into a gentle yet powerful journey of renewal.
The evening begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting participants into presence and intention while creating a warm, connected atmosphere. Guests are then guided through Twin Hearts Meditation, a renowned practice that activates loving-kindness and compassion while helping to cleanse emotional and mental tension.
The experience culminates in a group healing session to cleanse and energize the aura and chakras, restoring natural vitality and balance. During this process, participants are gently guided through the cutting of unwanted energetic cords, releasing connections that may unconsciously drain vitality and emotional clarity.
Crystal bowls amplify the energetic field of the space, supporting deep relaxation and allowing participants to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and energetically renewed.
Guided by Agustina Caminos, Healing Nights offers a serene and uplifting space where ancient wisdom and subtle energy practices come together to nurture wellbeing within the conscious community of Miami Life Center.
Experience level: Open to all; no previous meditation or energy healing experience required
Purpose: Emotional release, energetic cleansing, and heart-centered alignment
