This evening offers space to pause and step out of the pace of everyday life, without needing to analyse, fix, or work on yourself.

You’re invited to join Helen (WildLeaf Wellness) and Heidi (Rooted with Radiance) at Peace Place People for a Holy Fire® Reiki Group Healing Experience. The setting is quiet and unhurried, shaped to support rest, presence, and a softening of what the body and system have been carrying.

The session begins with a brief orientation to Reiki and the Holy Fire® system; a form of Reiki developed by William Lee Rand through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).

From there, you’ll be guided into a Holy Fire® Reiki Healing Experience. This is an eyes-closed meditation and energy transmission. The work happens beneath conscious effort, meeting the body and subconscious directly, without requiring focus, intention, or participation beyond being here.

The transmission works with the body and energy field to clear negative or stuck energy, supporting the release of energetic blocks that may be affecting different areas of life — physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

People come for different reasons, and the experience unfolds differently for each person. Some notice physical settling, emotional movement, or shifts that are difficult to name. Others may simply rest. There is no right response, and nothing to achieve.

No previous Reiki experience is needed.

You’re welcome to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion if that helps you settle. The session is seated, though you’re welcome to lie down if your body prefers that.

Helen – WildLeaf Wellness
Helen is a Holy Fire® III Usui Reiki Master, Journey Practitioner, and Coach. Her work is shaped by lived experience, including burnout following many years in high-pressure military and operational roles. She works at the meeting point between the body, stored emotional patterns, and awareness — not to fix or regulate, but to allow what has been holding to loosen in its own time.

Heidi – Rooted with Radiance
Heidi is a Usui Reiki Practitioner, teacher, and Intuitive Psychology Coach. With a background in education and psychology, she brings a warm, grounded presence to her work, supporting people to meet their inner landscape with honesty rather than effort.

Together, Helen and Heidi offer this work in a way that is simple, respectful, and unforced — trusting the body’s own intelligence to respond as it needs to.
