Meditation is a wonderful tool to help children understand and control their emotions, as well as develop their concentration skills, and cultivate an interest in the world around them.
This is a 2 hour workshop designed for parents and carers who would like to help their children develop meditation skills.
This workshop is also suitable for individuals who work with children.
(Please note this workshop is for adults only).
During this workshop we will look at:
• What meditation is
• The benefits that meditation has for children
• Techniques that you can use as parents to help your children become emotionally aware
• Discussion and demonstration of a variety of activities and games, that you can do with even very young children, to develop their meditation skills.
The workshop will include refreshments and a handout.
