Welcome in the New Year with some intention setting, energy balancing meditation and a gentle soundbath. Join us on the mat with a cosy blanket, eye pillow and cushion.
We will guide you through everything and no experience is necessary.
A complimentary hot drink is also included.
The following medical conditions are unsuitable for soundbaths. Please ensure you don’t have any of the following before booking.
deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
open wounds.
acute inflammations and tumours.
pacemaker or defibrillator.
Any metallic implant.�post surgery before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed.
carotid atherosclerosis.
carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of the carotid artery/larynx)
cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias
a stent
a shunt
deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
epilepsy
Pregnant
Screws in the body or artificial joints
inflamed joints and veins
Whiplash
Mental health conditions other than generalised anxiety or depression
