What to Expect:
13:00 – 14:00 | Kundalini Creative Flow & Unknotting Meditation
We begin with a gentle Kundalini-inspired movement session to awaken your creative energy. Through breath, movement, and guided visualization, you’ll release tension, stimulate inspiration, and prepare your mind and hands for mindful crafting. The session concludes with a soothing “unknotting” meditation to cultivate clarity and presence.
14:00 – 15:30 | Macramé Plant Hanger Making
With guidance , you’ll create your own macramé plant hanger. This hands-on practice encourages focus, patience, and creativity, while the tactile nature of the knots provides a deeply calming, meditative experience. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
15:30 – 16:00 | Knotting Meditation & Community Reflection
We end with a slow, mindful knotting meditation, allowing you to integrate your creative and meditative experiences. The workshop concludes with a circle of reflection, sharing insights, and celebrating our shared creative energy.
