About your facilitators:
Hannah Green is a dance and movement meditation facilitator holding free-movement dance groups in nature across Lincolnshire.
As a mover, groover and initiator of positive change through dance and movement, she guides people to let go and feel free in their body.
She guides individuals through dance movement practices in natural settings, inviting them to explore their inner landscapes and deepen their connection to nature. Moving through her own world with a sensory and experiential approach, Hannah integrates music and dance to align with the rhythms of nature.
Ellie Benton is a dance and art facilitator who spent her childhood surrounded by performers, soaking up live music and movement like a little creative sponge. After years of feeling awkward in her own body, she discovered dance as a way home to herself. Now she creates spaces where others can experience that same liberation and sense of belonging.
She loves dancing so much that she also paints about it, capturing the ecstasy and joy of moving freely. Through her art classes and dance facilitation, she's passionate about building creative communities where people support each other and playful expression thrives.
Dancing freely to music can bring everyday bliss, empowerment and release emotions in a transformative and healing way.
