After fantastic feedback, we have decided to host another Holistic Retreat Evening. A little bit longer and with individual Reiki, at a beautifully nature- immersed venue.
Wednesday 30th October, 6:30pm- 9:30pm at the tranquil Stokeinteignhead Village Hall. A beautiful gentle evening retreat giving you space to breathe, relax and reconnect with yourself through an immersive and unique sound journey, ‘bathing’ in sound of different frequencies (Tibetan singing bowls, deep drumming, tuning forks and chimes) to calm the mind and support the body, a beautiful guided meditation for mindfulness with individual Reiki healing being given throughout the meditation (taster). Herbal teas will be provided along with some surprises to take home.
Free parking is provided. Open to everyone. Limited spaces so booking is essential £25pp
