Bookings are now open for my next seasonal yoga celebration! 🍂
For many of us, the summer months are a whirlwind of activity, as we embrace the energy of the season and make the most of the longer days. Autumn is a time for slowing down, grounding, re-connecting to our roots, and offering space for reflection. Come join me on the Autumn Equinox for a half-day retreat in the countryside to welcome this transition! These seasonal celebrations are a wonderful opportunity to pause during these transitions, harness the energy of the new season, reflect on where we are at and what we want to create in the coming months, and allow ourselves precious time and space to enjoy nourishing practices, delicious food, and quality time with each other. Investment is £50 per person, including 3 hours of practices (yoga, meditation, breathwork & journalling), followed by the most delicious, seasonal lunch catered by Polly Nostimo's Little Greek Food Truck 😋 Please see below for full details:

Cost: £50 including lunch

Please let me know of any dietary requirements upon booking. Spaces are limited, so don't delay if you'd like to join us! All levels of experience, including beginners, are most welcome.
Booking policy: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. As we are a small business with set costs and limited spaces, a minimum of 72 hours is required in case of cancellation, in order to transfer your booking over to another event. Thank you for your understanding :)
