Saturday mornings are a chance to dive deeper and look at aspects there isn't time for in the regular weekly class.
The aim is that you will come away being clearer on the moves and with a fuller understanding of the principles of movement inside taiji.
All this adds to your pool of understanding and gives enthusiasm to your practice.
All are welcome, even if you have forgotten all your moves. This is the chance to catch up.
