Herbal Allies: Elderflower Cordial Making

Elderflowers have been cherished for centuries for their delicate fragrance, uplifting flavor, and traditional uses in supporting the body during seasonal transitions.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to identify and respectfully harvest elderflowers, learn about their history in herbal traditions, and transform the blossoms into a bright, refreshing elderflower cordial.

Together we’ll walk through the simple process of infusing fresh flowers with citrus and sugar to create a fragrant syrup perfect for sparkling drinks, teas, cocktails, and summer desserts.

Participants will leave with a deeper appreciation for this beloved plant ally and a bottle of elderflower cordial to enjoy at home.
