Kendall Bean Harper is SilverSneakers Certified and holds certifications in Zumba and Zumba Gold, bringing energetic, senior-friendly expertise to every class.
Beverly Stegman discovered yoga after years of daily back pain following a lumbar spinal fusion and a diagnosis of progressive scoliosis. What began as a personal journey toward healing became a passion for helping others move better, hurt less, and live stronger. Beverly holds an impressive array of certifications, including: ERYT-200 Experienced Yoga Instructor, Certified Yoga for Scoliosis Trainer (the only certified provider in Georgia), and more.
