Monday Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class will help you get 2026 off to a good start! The class takes place at Willen pavilion, 28 Portland Dr, Willen, Milton Keynes, MK15 9JP, from 7:30pm till 8:40pm.
You will stretch and explore your body in a slow-paced flow designed to work on the key body areas, ending with 7 min relaxation in the end.
This style of yoga will tone your body and calm your mind.
Students claim to have better night sleep, hip and lower back pain release, an ease with muscle cramps and shoulder tightness.
The class is £9.00 per a session and PAY AS YOU GO!
