About this Event
You might not be burnt out…but you don’t feel fully settled either.
Your mind keeps going. Your body’s holding tension you don’t always notice until you stop. After a while, that just becomes normal.
This day is about stepping out of that for a few hours, properly. Not by forcing yourself to relax, but by working through your body and breath, and giving your mind a chance to slow down on its own.
What the day will look like
You’ll move, slow down, and give yourself a bit more space than usual.
- Qigong: slow, breath-led movement to help you get out of your head and back into your body.
- Sound bath: you’ll lie down, get comfortable, and properly switch off, letting the sound carry you into a deeper state where your body softens and your mind quiets.
- Focused mindset work: simple and practical, so you leave seeing things differently, not just relaxed for a few hours.
- Short walk outside: a chance to clear your head and reset a bit before the final part of the day.
Your Host
Steph, founder of Hope & Wellbeing Hub, will guide the day using practical mindset work and simple, grounded exercises to help you get out of your head and feel more like yourself again.
Sound Bath & Qigong
Sam, a practitioner in sound healing and qigong, will guide a session combining slow movement and sound.
Using breath-led movement, instruments, and sound, her work helps your body release tension, switch off, and settle more deeply.

What to bring
- A yoga mat
- A cushion or something to support you
- A blanket for the sound bath
- Wear something comfortable you can move and relax in.
- Anything to make yourself comfotable for the sound bath element "think of making a cosy nest"
No experience needed. Fully guided.
