Join Ingrida and GG for a Chakra exploration afternoon filled with Yoga, Mantra and Sound Healing practices.Chakras are the energetic centres within our bodies that correspond to particular points along the spine. They hold energy, emotions and experiences… when our chakras feel balanced and open, they can support us on many levels of our lives. When life energy flows easily through them, we experience more harmony, happiness and balance.
In this workshop we’ll explore how these energy centres work, their function and purpose, how they impact us, and how to balance and activate them through meditation and a dynamic vinyasa flow - before softening into calming, restorative Yin releases and a blissful relaxation with live sound healing.
Suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
