Our Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is a comprehensive three day course designed to equip workplace first aiders with the practical skills and knowledge needed to manage a wide range of injuries and medical emergencies. This regulated qualification meets the Health and Safety Executive training standard for workplace first aid.
Delivered at our training centre in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, the course focuses on practical learning, realistic scenarios, and building the confidence to act quickly and effectively in an emergency.

What you will learn
Over three days you will develop the knowledge and practical skills required to act as a qualified workplace first aider, including:
• Roles and responsibilities of a workplace first aider
• Assessing incidents safely
• CPR and use of a defibrillator (AED)
• Managing an unresponsive casualty
• The recovery position
• Choking
• Severe bleeding and shock
• Burns and scalds
• Fractures, sprains, and soft tissue injuries
• Heart attack, stroke, asthma, anaphylaxis, and seizures
• Minor injuries such as cuts, grazes, and bruises
