About the group
Group sessions are a great way to receive psychotherapy at a lower cost. You will be guided by a fully qualified psychotherapist with an enhanced DBS. Members will join together in exploring topics to aid in building healthy internal coping mechanisms, learning about and understanding mental health and well-being. We use image making, postcards, natural materials and much more to explore these topics in a gentle, creative way.
Example topics include:
Neurodivergence and coping with burnout
Exploring and creating a safe space
Ways to manage and cope with anxiety and stress
How we feel about holidays and events
Ways to manage and cope with depression
Self support
Eco therapy
And much more!
Peer support has been shown to improve self-awareness tremendously. And you will always be guided by an experienced psychotherapist.
