Come fly, swing and spin with us!
This workshop is open to all abilities and we warmly welcome beginners and anyone who has no aerial or harness experience. The focus of all our workshops is to gain confidence, have fun and play with new skills.
What is harness dance?
Harness dance utilises a single fixed rope suspended from the ceiling, we attach to this rope via a metal carabiner that clips onto our harness. This allows us to fly, spin, swing and play with the possibilities of dance and movement.
