Our instructor will provide clear instructions 🤸 and demonstrate modifications for all skill levels, ensuring that both beginners and seasoned practitioners can flow together seamlessly. There’s no pressure to perform every movement—just embrace the moment and enjoy! 😊

BYO large beach towel or blanket for wider coverage over sand. (*No Yoga mat needed. It can flip or get hot from the sun). A bag to keep all your items from getting lost in the sand. Bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. There are shops & ATM at NE 9th Street
