Fast-paced, room gets very warm

As part of our community offerings, this $8 class gives you the same energizing, strength-building YogaHIIT flow you’ll find in our regular lineup—just at a very accessible rate.

If yoga and pilates had a baby, this would be it. A low-impact, high intensity balanced blend of yoga and pilates, designed to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Expect mindful breathing, thoughtful incorporation of special props and weights, and deep stretching with core-focused movements for a full-body workout that leaves you energized and centered.

What to wear: We suggest lightweight, moisture-wicking clothes that help keep you cool and dry. Many students wear shorts or leggings with a sports bra or tank top. Avoid heavy fabrics that hold sweat. Class is practiced barefoot.

What to bring: A yoga mat and a water bottle. Some students also bring a mat towel, which may be nice if you have a tendency to sweat a lot. We have free sweat towels for you, and mats for rent. We will have all the necessary props for your class (blocks, straps, etc.), including weights.
