Kick off the first day of 26 with positive vibes and clear intentions for a fantastic year ahead. 🌊 Expect uplifting tunes 🎶, a refreshing icy-cold aromatherapy hand towel during rest, and an inspirational card to brighten your day. 🧘‍♀️✨

Our instructor will provide crystal-clear guidance 🤸 and demonstrate modifications suitable for all skill levels, ensuring that both newcomers and seasoned practitioners can flow together harmoniously. There’s no pressure to master every pose, and absolutely no judgment—just focus on being present and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Set against the backdrop of a stunning, expansive beach area with a relaxed atmosphere, arrive at least **15 minutes early** to soak in the beauty of your surroundings. Immerse yourself in the benefits of shore-side practice and take a healing dip in the ocean after class. ❗ (*Additional information to prepare is below.)

🎒WHAT TO BRING? :

BYO large beach towel or blanket for wider coverage over sand. (*No Yoga mat needed. It can flip or get hot from the sun). A bag to keep all your items from getting lost in the sand. Bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. There are shops & ATM at NE 9th Street
