About this Event
Step out of the noise of daily life + into a shared field of stillness.
This group meditation class offers a gentle yet powerful space to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Guided by breath, subtle awareness + grounding techniques, you’ll be led into a state of deep presence + calm that is often easier to access when practiced together.
Meditating in a group amplifies intention, creating a supportive energetic container where clarity, emotional release, and insight can naturally arise.
Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this class meets you exactly where you are — inviting softness, steadiness, and a return to your natural state of ease.
Expect guided meditation, moments of silence, and simple tools you can carry into daily life to support balance, focus, and emotional wellbeing.
Come as you are. Leave feeling centred, spacious, and quietly empowered.
We offer this as a way for us to always provide accessible offerings for all community.
As we understand now more than ever the pressure of the cost of living + want all people to always have Yoga, our experiences + community, just as we need it.
We ask for a donation for your attendance, this allows us to continue to cover our operating costs, invest in our teachers experiences + ongoing training, support community accessibility whilst showing value for the experience you are to receive at a price that is comfortable for you.
Before making your donation we ask for you to read our brief of The Sliding Scale created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk.
