This spring edition invites us out of stillness and into our bodies. Expect guided yoga, music that encourages you to move how you feel, space to dance if the moment calls for it, and coloring throughout the night for anyone who wants to stay grounded while things flow. Bracelet making will also be available for those who want to create with their hands.
