GONG BATH and YOGA at Shaftesbury Hall

Join us at Shaftesbury Hall for a fun morning of yoga and sound healing.

We will gently wake up our bodies with an energising Vinyasa flow class, with some gentle stretches, breathwork and full body strengthening exercises. The soothing vibrations of the gongs and other healing instruments will guide us from a final relaxation into a deeper 60-minute sound meditation. The combination of yoga with sound is particularly relaxing and is the perfect way to bring our whole being back to balance.

We will end our practice with a delicious breakfast where we will serve a selection of home baked cakes and hot drinks.
