Taking place every month on a Saturday between10am to 11am, get ready to start your weekend on a positive and invigorating note. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking to get into yoga, the class will cater to all experience levels. It's a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in our welcoming community!

Just like our popular Rise & Run events, we'll have a refreshment station with a variety of tea, coffee, and fruits available.
