Goddess Yoga Retreat- Honoring the Sacred Feminine Within

Join us for a seasonal journey into the wisdom, beauty, and transformative power of the Divine Feminine.
Each retreat is devoted to a Goddess from the yogic tradition, inviting us to explore her mythology, teachings, and sacred gifts through embodied practice, ritual, and sisterhood. Drawing inspiration from Goddesses such as Durga, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Kali, and Tara, we gather to honor the qualities they represent and awaken those same qualities within ourselves.
Together we will begin with a grounding practice to settle into sacred space before journeying into the rich mythology and symbolism of the Goddess being honored. Through pranayama, mudra, mantra chanting, and embodied yoga practice, we will explore her energy not only as a story, but as a living presence within our own hearts and bodies.
Our experience will culminate in a guided meditation, oracle wisdom, reflection, and connection within a supportive circle of women. Light refreshments will be provided, along with a special take-home gift of a Goddess mantra card and corresponding crystal to support the continued integration of the retreat experience.
This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and remember the sacred feminine that lives within you.
No previous experience with yoga, chanting, or Goddess traditions is necessary. All are welcome.
